Trải 1 lớp màng bọc thực phẩm ra, cho hỗn hợp tai heo, tim heo, nấm mèo vào, bọc chặt lại. Dùng dây sàn hoặc dây dù, cột lại, đè chặt, để khoảng 3 ngày.
Món giò thủ đã hoàn thành. Tết này, cả nhà có thể nhâm nhi, quây quần bên gia đình, người thân rồi!
